The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) consists of homeowners who volunteer their time to review and approve homeowner plans prior to alteration or new construction to ensure architectural conformity with our covenants. The HOA Executive Board can fill in to provide review/approvals if there is a shortage of ACC members.
If you are interested in serving in this capacity, please contact one of the Board Members.

Please submit the ACC Form and any required supporting documentation to the HOA management company. Once the application has all components, it will be forwarded to the ACC.

Gate remotes can be purchased over the counter at the address below or mailed. If mailed, there is an additional charge of $2.62 minimum for postage. Since the Association is reselling the remotes to its members at cost and the management company doesn’t charge a fee, there is no tax. Members can contact Cheryl Bragg at 210 344 2222 ext. 5.
