The purpose of this website is to provide general information about our HOA. It includes information concerning the Association's organization and responsibilities, as well as architectural specifications. The Carolina Crossing South Homeowners Association is a non-profit incorporated organization chartered by the State of Texas. The Bylaws, Declaration of Use Restrictions, and Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) are the governing documents of this homeowners association. These documents provide the legal and binding responsibilities that protect all the property owners in the Carolina Crossing South community.
